2 Registration conditions:

The website services are available to persons aged 18 years old or more. If you are a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business entity to this agreement. You must choose a password when registering with Contract4me. This password is not to be disclosed to any person .You will be responsible for actions taken under your password.

 

3 Services proposed to candidates:

Candidates are not obliged to provide any private information to access search of contract proposals. Contract4me proposes to candidates to access for free to positions and give the possibility to upload a CV in a database, to receive by email adds selected by criteria defined by the candidates. Contract4me does not function like an agency and does not provide candidates selection. Candidates acknowledge that they will send information conform to reality and which are not illicit or contrary to moral.Contrac4me reserves the right to delete registration from candidates or recruiters with no explanation. Candidates can register their CV on Contract4me without giving access to the information to recruiters.Contract4me declines responsibility in the case personal information should be kept on a recruiter’s database and misused.

 

4 Responsibility:

Contract4me is not responsible for interruptions of services due to technical problems. Contrac4me does not give any warranty on the technical quality of the information sent.Contract4me is not responsible for any loss of business resulting from loss of information resulting from technical problems. Contract4me is not responsible for the content of the information proposed on its website. The sole responsibility of the content proposed is that of the author of the information, candidates or recruiters. Search are done automatically and Contact4me cannot preventively control all content from outside sources. However should Contract4me be informed that the website is linked to a page with illicit content, Contract4me will delete in the best delay its link to this page.

Contract4me can make changes in the services of the website at any time and without notice. The services offered to candidates are gratuitous and without obligation for Contract4me to continue any services on the website.
